1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

6 Game Rules and Outcomes

Efc88 offers multiple game categories including slots, live casino, fish shooting, bingo, sports betting and e-sports. Each game category is subject to specific rules stated within the respective game interface.

• All games on the efc88 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) which has been verified and certified by independent international audit bodies including eCOGRA and iTech Labs.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request from a relevant regulatory authority.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the efc88 support team. Prior to closure, all applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member after deduction of relevant fees, if any.

In all circumstances, efc88's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Efc88 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to operational needs, legal changes or new platform policies. Members will be notified of any material amendments via:
